Age verification

All customers must be 21+ (or the local legal drinking age, whichever is higher). We verify age at signup and again at the door before handing over any order.

Refusal of service

Our delivery partners are trained and empowered to refuse delivery if the recipient appears intoxicated, cannot produce valid ID, or the location is unsafe. No refund is withheld from customers due to refusal for safety reasons alone.

Order limits
