By using Theka Express, you agree to these Terms. Theka Express provides ordering technology and delivery logistics on behalf of licensed liquor retailers. The retailer is the seller of record for any product ordered.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We use identity verification at signup and at delivery.

Ordering & delivery

• Availability depends on the retailer's inventory and local licensing.
• Delivery is available only in regions where permitted by applicable law.
• The rider will re-verify age at the door and may refuse delivery if unable to verify.

Payments

Payments are processed by licensed third-party gateways. Prices, taxes, and fees are determined by the retailer and applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

• Ordering on behalf of anyone under the legal drinking age.
• Providing false identity or age documents.
• Reselling products purchased through the platform.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theka Express is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
